Biographical Note


Maria Eduarda Dias de Sousa (2001). A visual artist, and currently pursuing a master's degree in Literary, Cultural and Interarts Studies, specializing in Comparative Studies at Faculty of Arts and Humanities [FLUP]. They are a member of the Lastro cine club, part of Margarida Losa Institute for Comparative Literature (ILCML). They were a member of the Hors-Format study group at the Haute école des arts du Rhin in Strasbourg (2022) and of the Young Composers group at the Victor Córdon Studios in Lisbon (2023). They hold a degree in Fine Arts (2023) at School of Arts and Design [ESAD.CR]. Their research interests focus on queer theory and philosophy, on comparative analysis of representation in art and religion, and currently the study through poetic language, image and the body.
